Refund Policy

At Stryka, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.


2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


3. Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used or show signs of wear

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)


5. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or faulty products.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
