Shipping Policy

At Stryka, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.


1. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

  • Standard delivery within Australia usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Express delivery (where available) usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • International orders may take 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.


3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your order directly through the courier’s website.


4. Delays

  • While we do our best to ensure on-time delivery, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or customs for international orders.

  • Stryka is not responsible for delays outside of our control.


5. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


6. Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can assist.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
