1. Using this site

You need to be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to buy from us. You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, not to interfere with how it works, and not to copy or resell our content. We may refuse service or close an account where these terms are broken.

2. Our products

We’ve done our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours can look different from screen to screen, and packaging or minor design details may change over time. Descriptions and specifications may be updated without notice.

The Veyno Automatic Iron is a household garment-care appliance. Please follow the instructions supplied with it — including which fabrics it suits — and keep it out of reach of children.

3. Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. Prices, promotions and bundles can change at any time. The price you pay is the one shown on your order confirmation. Any “was” price shown is the regular price the item has been offered at.

4. Orders

When you place an order you’re making an offer to buy. Your order isn’t accepted until we send your confirmation email and take payment. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, if there’s been a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we’ll refund you in full and let you know why.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. You confirm that you’re authorised to use the payment method you enter. We don’t store your full card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we’re not responsible for delays once a parcel is with the carrier.

7. Returns, refunds and warranty

Your 30-day money-back guarantee, your 1-year warranty and your Australian Consumer Law rights are set out in our Refund Policy.

8. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You’re entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You’re also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they aren’t of acceptable quality and the failure doesn’t amount to a major failure. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

9. Our liability

To the extent the law allows, and apart from the guarantees above, our liability for any claim relating to a product or to this site is limited to replacing the product or refunding what you paid for it. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for damage caused by misuse of a product or by not following the instructions.

10. Accounts and your details

If you create an account, keep your login details to yourself — you’re responsible for what happens under your account. Please keep your contact and delivery details current so we can reach you and get your order to the right place.

11. Reviews and content you send us

If you send us a review, photo, video or suggestion, you’re confirming it’s yours to share, and you’re giving us permission to use it in our marketing without payment. We may edit or remove content that’s unlawful, misleading or offensive.

12. Intellectual property

The Veyno name, logo, product designs, photography and site content belong to us or our licensors. You’re welcome to use the site for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t reproduce or republish our content without written permission.

13. Third-party links and tools

Our site may link to other websites or use third-party tools. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. Have a read of their terms before you use them.

14. Errors

Occasionally there may be a typo, a wrong price, or out-of-date information on the site. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel or change an affected order, even after it’s been submitted. If that happens we’ll contact you and refund you where needed.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you and Veyno submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
